Gabrielle Grundy, MD

Dr. Gabrielle Grundy’s passion for Obstetrics and Gynecology stems from witnessing her own family members face reproductive health challenges. Born and raised in a small town in Kentucky, she pursued her medical degree at the University of Louisville before completing her OB/GYN residency at Mercy Hospital in St. Louis.

After practicing in Kentucky for several years, Dr. Grundy took time to explore her love of travel while continuing to provide care in rural areas across the U.S., addressing physician shortages in underserved communities. When the pandemic curtailed her travels, she transitioned to Las Vegas, where she served as an OB-Hospitalist before joining MyOBGYN.

Dr. Grundy’s practice focuses on caring for women through all stages of life, with a particular interest in adolescence and perimenopause. She believes in the power of active listening and patient education, ensuring every patient feels informed and empowered to make the best decisions for their health.

Outside of work, Dr. Grundy enjoys staying active, reading, and planning her next travel adventure. She is excited to bring her compassionate, patient-centered care to the vibrant Las Vegas community.

“I cannot give enough praise for the doctors at this office. My original plan for my birth was to go all natural, in a birthing center. I wanted to make sure I had complete say in my birth plan and with at least interventions as possible. My husband was not comfortable with this idea so I had to do some compromising. Not gonna lie, I was ready to go to battle at my first appointment and future appointments with the doctors at the office to ensure I was able to do everything on my birth plan. However, there was zero need. Every single doctor at this office took the time to listen and to work with me on my birth plan. In fact, most the things I requested were already standard practice for them. The office has you meet with all doctors throughout your pregnancy so you are comfortable with whom ever you end up having on your birth day. I can honestly say every single one I was able to meet was compassionate, knowledgeable and supportive. I love how all the doctors at the office are on the same page and have the same philosophy.
