Shannon Ravesi APRN-CMN
Born in Northern California and raised in Bisbee, Arizona, Shannon moved to Las Vegas in 2005. She earned Bachelor’s Degrees in Psychology and Communication from the University of Arizona and then Nursing from Nevada State College. She also holds a Master of Science in Sports and Leisure Management from the university of Nevada, Las Vegas and a Master of Science in Nursing with a specialization in Midwifery from Frontier Nursing University.
Shannon began her nursing career caring for patients on an Intermediate Care Unit before transitioning to labor and delivery, where she spent 7 years caring for women and their growing families before becoming a Certified Nurse Midwife in 2022.
Few moments are more rewarding to Shannon than helping families welcome a new baby into the world. She considers it a privilege to care for women through pregnancy, birth, and beyond. She tries to create a safe, supportive environment where patients feel comfortable discussing any concerns, asking questions and actively participating in decisions about their care.
Outside of work, Shannon enjoys spending time with her husband and their four children. She also enjoys reading, running, strength training, and relaxing by the pool with her family.
