We’re pleased to introduce Dr. Gabrielle Grundy, the newest addition to the MyOBGYN team! With over 15 years of experience in obstetrics and gynecology, Dr. Grundy is dedicated to providing compassionate, personalized care to women at every stage of life.
Dr. Grundy’s journey into women’s health began with a personal connection—watching family members navigate reproductive health challenges inspired her to pursue a career where she could make a difference. After earning her medical degree from the University of Louisville and completing her OB/GYN residency at Mercy Hospital in St. Louis, she began private practice in Kentucky.
During her career, Dr. Grundy has worked in a variety of settings, from rural communities to hospital-based care, gaining invaluable experience and insight into the diverse needs of her patients. Now, as part of MyOBGYN, she brings her expertise in adolescent and perimenopausal care to our practice, focusing on active listening, patient education, and empowering women to make informed health decisions.

Outside the office, Dr. Grundy enjoys staying active, reading, and traveling—when she’s not busy caring for patients, she’s exploring new destinations and planning her next adventure.
